As the founding Principal of Kaymak Design & Build, Aleyna brings a rare, well-rounded perspective to the intersection of architecture, engineering, and spatial technology. She holds a degree in architecture from Morgan State University and is currently sharpening her business strategy and leadership skills as an MBA candidate at Johns Hopkins University.
Throughout her career, Aleyna has worked across every major phase of design and construction. Her background spans hands-on roles within architectural firms, general contracting, government infrastructure agencies, and advanced modular environments. Having seen a project from every angle, she has an exceptional understanding of the entire building lifecycle-from city regulations and pre-construction logistics to high-tech fieldwork.
At Kaymak Design & Build, she uses this multi-industry expertise to deploy cutting-edge digital twin and high-definition LiDAR workflows, solving the toughest geometric and structural challenges for complex built environments across the region.
